This location is horrible. We had to repeat our order several times and they still did NOT get it correct. Once we get to the window we were missing our sides from out combos and they kept telling us that they didn't ring us up for them. Then the manager had to nerve to be rude in a situation that they created. They were wrong and did nothing to accept that responsibility. They won't get our business again.

I’m sorry but try biscuits have no flavor. Very bland and thin. I have been looking forward to eating there for a while. I got the chicken and my son got the sausage. No flavor or seasoning. Just very bland. The chicken had a frozen food taste. My son asked if he could throw his away. I was just very let down at the quality.

Staff are ignorant people. Know little to nothing about doing business. The order I repeated 3 times they shorted my coffee and potatoes and then refused to make it right. This causing a drlay for this business and those in line behind me. I won't return. Once or twice a week i have spent $20 for 8-9 yrs. Only a sales loss of $1000- for them I guess its doesnt matter to the hired hands. not their money.

This was my first visit to a Biscuitville shop and I was really impressed by the biscuits. My opinion is these are the best biscuits available from a fast food establishment. Only my mother's biscuits were better.

The lady at the drive through knows me by name when I order my turkey sausage egg and cheese biscuit and sometimeswith fries.she is very nice and respectful and friendly.my favorite place to eat breakfast

I wish that we had one of these restaurants back home. Biscuits were delicious. Gravy was phenomenal.

This is the third visit in a row where the food is NOT what I ordered and paid for. I go here every weekend and whenever I am off of work and have always received great service and great food until the last 3 visits. The service is still good but the food is terrible. That picture is suppose to be an ultimate bacon platter. 1 slice of bacon and one fifth of a piece? Please work on training the new kitchen staff. This is the Aberdeen/Southern Pines location. Last time my bacon was a handful of nothing but crumbs. I Love this place and would sure hate to have to go to someone else but not going to continue to get food like this.

It was very good, the only thing bad that I have to say is that they did not give me my drink. I had 2 babies with me so I couldn't run in to get it, and they do not have a place to turn around (well, someone's car was blocking the place to get back into the drive through). I was really upset about not getting my drink but other than that everything was good.
